Bulgur Pilaf With Vermicelli

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 cups of Coarse Bulgur With Vermicelli
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • Salt
    • 1Place 1 tbsp of olive oil  and 1/2 tbsp of butter in saucepan.
    • 2Add the Coarse Bulgur With Vermicelli. Stir 2 cups  of boiling water and 1 tsp of salt.
    • 3Cook over low heat for 15 minutes Cover and simmer until stock is absorbed.
    • 4Remove from heat.
    • 5Cover and let stand for 15 min.
