Peanut Sauce Bulgur With Broccoli And Spices

Ingredients

1,5 glasses of Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur
4,5, glasses of water (to boil bulgur)
½ cup of fresh coriander
¼ glass of soya sauce
3 tablespoons of small size peanut butter
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of powder shili
3 cups of steamed broccoli

1 Put the water and bulgur into a pan and boil until bulgur absorbs all water. Make coriander, soya sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, sugar and chilli paste in food processor.
2 Add the prepared peanut butter into bulgur and mix them all.
3Finally, add broccoli and cook by mixing the same for 3 more minutes.
