1Boil bulgur in 1.5 glass of water for approximately 15-20 minutes. Mix pound turkey, seeds removed and chopped tomatoes, bulgur, fresh onion, yoghurt, mint, cumin and salt in a big bowl.
2Lightly wet your hands and make 4 equal portion of burger from the mixture.
3Oil your grill or a pan with sunflower oil. Grill them for 10-12 minutes, turn once until it is well done.
4Serve burgers in pitta bread along with cube cut tomatoes and red onion. Bon appetite.
