Bulgur Pilaf With Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red quinoa
  • 1 cup Medium Coarse Bulgur
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Salt
  • ½ cup dried tomatoes
  • 4,5 cups water
  • 120g shrimp
    • 1Wash quinoa. Place oil into a pot, add red quinoa and bulgur, stir.
    • 2After stirring quinoa and bulgur for couple of minutes, add finely diced dried tomatoes, and mix.
    • 3Add salt and hot water. Add butter, and cover with pot lid.
    • 4Cook until water absorbed, first on medium, then on low heat. Put to rest for 15-20 minutes.
    • 5Add cleaned and sautéed shrimp, and serve.
