1Wash Duru green lentil. Drain, and boil for 20 minutes on medium heat after adding 3 cups of water.
2Drain the cooked lentil.
3Melt butter in a pot, add diced onion, red pepper, and carrot, roast until starting to change color.
4Add tomato paste and pepper paste, roast for 2-3 minutes more. Add boiled green lentils and bulgur.Add salt and water. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
5Set aside to rest for 15 minutes then serve with crème.
