Bulgur Pilaf With Corn

Ingredients

  • Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur 
  • ½ Cup Boiled Corn
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 4 Cups Water
  • For Serving
  • Celery
  • Apple
  • Carrot
  • Juice Of 1 Orange
  • Juice Of 1 Lemon
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Place olive oil in a cooking pot. Add bulgur and salt, roast for a few minutes.
  • 2 Add butter, currants, and corn.
  • 3 Add water, and boil for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
  • 4 Set pilaf aside to rest for 10 minutes. Serve by adding dried mint.
  • 5Finely slice celery and apple, grate carrot. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, add orange juice, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, mix well. Serve with pilaf.
