1 Place olive oil in a cooking pot. Add bulgur and salt, roast for a few minutes.
2 Add butter, currants, and corn.
3 Add water, and boil for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
4 Set pilaf aside to rest for 10 minutes. Serve by adding dried mint.
5Finely slice celery and apple, grate carrot. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, add orange juice, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, mix well. Serve with pilaf.
