1Put the olive oil and butter in a broad and shallow pan. When the oil is hot add the onion, cabbage, carrot and celery at the same time and sauté them for 3 minutes.
2 Add chopped green peppers and char them for 1 minute more.
3 Add the tomato and mix them for 1 minute. Add the peas.
4 Then, add Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur, salt, black pepper, boiled water and fresh mint, leave it for cooking at low heat for 15 minutes until bulgur almost absorbs water.
5You may serve your bulgur pilaf after let it rest for 20 minutes.
