1In a large salad bowl add hot water, Duru Fine Bulgur, lemon juice and olive oil. Slowly mix all the ingredients, and leave to rest until water is absorbed.
2Mix bulgur slowly to prevent sticking.
3Add finely chopped onion, parsley, scallions, red onions, mint, tomatoes, salt and black pepper. Mix slowly.
4Transfer salad to a salad bowl and add pomegranate on top.
